Staff notification for approaching account expiration

3

There should be an option to show a dialog when staff open a patron account that will expire soon or has expired. The threshold (one week before? one month before?, etc.) should be configurable.

It should be possible to modify the expiration date of the account (or decline to do so) directly from the dialog without opening the patron edit screen. Read more »

Recall notices

When a patron has an overdue item that is needed to fill holds, the overdue patron should receive a recall notice letting them know that it is not only overdue, but that others are waiting to borrow it.

Separate checkin and checkout alerts

10

Many alerts are necessary only during one of these operations, so the ability to control when they trigger would be helpful.

More sorting options in the Public TPac
