Inform user of timeout


If a user login to the Staff Client has timed out and the user tries to access the Reports subsystem, the screen will just hang with the "loading" status displayed but not report that the login has actually timed out.  I think that this is a follow on to the awkwardness of reporting the timeout after a user goes through all the motions of setting up and then transmitting a transaction. If the login has timed out, the user should see the login screen prior to having the ability to do anything else.    Popup or something should inform user that the client has timed out.
